Refund & Return
At RAOS, we always aim to provide you with the best service and products. We provide a Conditional Exchange or Refund if there are genuine quality issues with your order. Any issue must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
✅ When You Can Request an Exchange or Return
You may request an exchange or return if:
- Your item arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The size is incorrect.
👉 Important: Please check your order when it is delivered. Any issues should be reported immediately in the presence of the delivery person.
- If the same product is available, we will replace it.
- If it’s out of stock, you can exchange it for another item in the same price range.
- If neither option works for you, we will issue a refund within 3 to 5 business days.
❌ When Exchanges or Returns Are Not Allowed
- Items that have been washed, worn, dried, stained, or damaged in any way.
- Products with colour fading, print issues, or fabric damage due to washing.
- Items that are opened, used, missing tags, or without a purchase receipt.
💰 Refund Policy
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, and you report it immediately upon delivery, we’ll resolve the issue quickly:
- First, we’ll try to replace the product (depending on stock).
- If replacement isn’t possible, we’ll offer an exchange within the same price range.
- If you’re still not satisfied, we’ll issue a refund within 3 to 5 business days.
